EA can suspend or terminate your account if you break this agreement. To create one, you must be at least the minimum age and your parents must read and agree to these terms if you are a minor. Ⓘ You need an EA Account to play most EA games. FOR RESIDENTS OF CERTAIN COUNTRIES, YOU AGREE TO THE ARBITRATION AGREEMENT AND CLASS ACTION WAIVER DESCRIBED IN SECTION 15 TO RESOLVE ANY DISPUTES WITH EA.
